Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 26, 2026

At iGramDown, we believe in radical transparency. This Privacy Policy details the technical logs we record to secure our endpoints and how third-party services operate on our platform.

1. Zero-Retention Framework

We maintain a strict zero-data-retention framework. iGramDown does not require, request, or store personal credentials, email addresses, or access tokens. The media fetching process is ephemeral; no files are saved on our infrastructure. Once the browser download begins, the data tunnel is closed.

To secure our endpoints against automated attacks and denial-of-service attempts, we capture temporary technical metrics. These logs contain anonymized IP addresses, basic browser headers, and timestamps. This security log is decoupled from the media requests and is purged within 30 days.

2. Advertising Policy & Cookies

Our site features ads provided by Google AdSense. These partners employ tracking cookies to serve advertisements tailored to user interests. You can opt out or customize these preferences via Google's Ad Settings.

Cookies are small text files stored locally. You can configure your browser to reject cookies completely; doing so will not impair the functional usage of iGramDown's media resolving capabilities.

3. Data Protection Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

For users residing in the European Economic Area (GDPR) or California (CCPA), we ensure your rights are respected. Because we do not store personal profiles, we have no identifiable dossiers to retrieve or delete. Technical security logs are kept solely under legitimate security interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell, rent, or trade technical logs or user interaction metrics with advertising brokers or data harvesters.

4. Intermediate Link Processing

No files are hosted on our servers. iGramDown is a technical utility. We fetch public media from social networks' public CDNs on behalf of the user. If you believe our service is being used to bypass specific security terms, please email [email protected].

5. COPPA & Minor Protection

Our utility does not target or collect information from children under 13 years of age. If parents detect minor interaction in server logs, contact support for prompt manual flushing of security tables.

6. Storage Encryption

All requests processed through iGramDown use modern HTTPS (SSL/TLS) tunnels to secure data in transit. We recommend using secure browsers with up-to-date encryption standards.

7. Outbound Redirections

Our blog articles and guides may contain reference hyperlinks to external resources. We are not responsible for the privacy structures of external platforms once you navigate away.

8. Policy Evolution

We periodically adjust this documentation to match cloud service migrations. Continued usage of iGramDown signifies compliance with current privacy standards.

9. Inquiries
