Last updated: March 26, 2026
These terms govern the functional usage of iGramDown. Please review these parameters before utilizing our stream resolver.
1. Scope of Utility
iGramDown provides a real-time intermediate script (middleware) that locates public files on public CDNs. We do not store or distribute copyrighted works. The service is provided as a utility to facilitate personal archiving, media auditing, and offline creative reference.
2. Usage Limitations
You agree to use this tool only for content you own or have explicit legal rights to copy. Using iGramDown to bypass digital rights management (DRM) or distribute copyrighted content commercially is strictly prohibited.
Automated access to our service via bots, scrapers, or scripts without our express written consent is prohibited to prevent server degradation.
3. Content Ownership
iGramDown holds no proprietary claim over the media files processed. Ownership remains with the respective copyright holders. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with copyright and fair use doctrines.
4. Non-Affiliation
iGramDown is an independent platform and has no commercial, legal, or professional affiliation with Meta Platforms Inc., Instagram, or any other social network. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
5. DMCA Protocol
Since we host no media, we cannot delete files from the internet. However, we can block our system from resolving specific public URLs. Send legal requests to [email protected].
6. As-Is Provision
iGramDown is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. Service availability depends on platform API structures and may change without notice.
7. Liability Limits
iGramDown and its developers are not responsible for any copyright claims or damages resulting from user actions or misinterpretations of our service.
8. Indemnity
You agree to hold harmless iGramDown from any legal challenges arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of resolved media streams.
9. Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by international web standards. Any disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.
